The Domaine du Moulin aux Moines comes from a historic site in Burgundy, between Meursault and Auxey-Duresses. Its construction dates back to the tenth century, at the initiative of the Abbey of Cluny, the monks then held the wine knowledge to produce the best wines of the region. After a period of latency, the estate has resumed its prestigious route thanks to the Rollin family, owner since 2018 of this mythical place. The estate is under the management of Willy Roulendes, brilliant manager who officiated at the domaine de montille and at Count Lafon. It leads to the Moulin des Moines a natural approach, the wines are certified organic and the inputs are very limited, especially the use of sulfur.
