Anekdoten
Description:
Anekdoten's second album "Nuclear" from 1995, one of the heaviest and most aggressive albums of the band, which was responsible for the revival of Scandinavian progressive rock in the 1990s, has been remastered and reissued in 2020 with bonus tracks! The album features a vintage heavy sound with aggressive Mellotron and vocals that sometimes reveal the delicate emotions that seem to lurk behind the heavy weight. The album is a fusion of the muddiness and impulsiveness of grunge/alternative rock, as seen in the hard guitar riffs and swirling fuzz bass and drums. This is the band's most ferocious and wildest work to date, an update of the heavy progressive rock of the 1970s, and a masterpiece that has yet to fade away. The master was newly remastered by Hans Frederickson. The bonus tracks include demo tracks of three songs from the album, "Nuclear," "Book of Hours," and "Dis Far From the Sky," which were previously included on the best-of album "Chapters," released in 2009.*Remastered in 2020, 3 bonus tracks, digipak
